Effective date: 13 October 2026
This policy describes the first-party cookies used by the current BOLMOL website and comment widget. A cookie is a small value stored by your browser. BOLMOL uses cookies for functions needed to provide a requested feature, protect an account, or remember a preference.
1. Cookies used by BOLMOL
- bm_session, bm_user, and bm_browser: keep an authenticated session associated with a browser and support session security. Their current lifetime is up to 30 days.
- bm_csrf and bm_pre_csrf: help protect forms and account actions against cross-site request forgery. The pre-authentication token expires after about 15 minutes; the authenticated token follows the sign-in session.
- bm_2fa: supports the short-lived two-factor authentication step and expires after about 5 minutes.
- bm_lang: remembers a language preference for up to one year.
Cookie lifetime can end earlier when you sign out, clear browser data, or a security action revokes a session. Some browser or deployment settings may change how a cookie is scoped or retained.
2. Analytics, advertising, and third-party services
The current first-party BOLMOL application source does not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Google AdSense, Media.net, or Ezoic. Sign-in with Google or Microsoft opens those providers under their own domains and policies. External store websites may set their own cookies after you leave BOLMOL. If BOLMOL introduces non-essential analytics or advertising storage, we will update this policy and obtain consent before using it where required by law.
3. Your controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary session or security cookies may prevent sign-in, comments, store management, or other protected actions from working. Clearing cookies does not delete the account or content stored on BOLMOL.
