What happens to data after I delete an account or post?

Deletion removes content from public view when the deletion process completes. Protected backups or records may retain a copy temporarily for security, moderation, disputes, or legal obligations. Other users may already have copied or shared it, and search engines or external websites may keep independent copies or caches that BOLMOL cannot remove.
