These Terms govern your use of bolmol.com, its profiles, posts, comments, comment widget, stores, product listings, and related services. By creating an account, submitting content, creating a store, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you remain in force.
1. The BOLMOL service
BOLMOL provides social identity, user content, comments, public store pages, product discovery, product-feed importing, and outbound links. BOLMOL is not the seller of products shown in a store listing and does not operate the merchant's checkout, collect the purchase price, arrange delivery, or decide a seller's returns or warranty policy. A purchase is between the buyer and the independent seller. Product links may be shortened, checked, redirected, warned about, or blocked for safety; scanning does not guarantee that a destination or product is safe or lawful.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected account misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law. Verified email addresses and phone numbers are locked against ordinary changes in the current account flow. Do not create accounts to evade a restriction or impersonate another person.
3. User content and license
You keep any ownership rights you already have in content you submit or share. “Content” includes text, posts, comments, replies, links, shares, images, photographs, video, captions, profile material, and files or other material submitted through BOLMOL or its comment widget. You represent that you created the content or have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to submit and share it, including permission from identifiable people where required. You must not upload another person's private or confidential information without a lawful basis.
You grant BOLMOL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, compress, resize, transcode, generate thumbnails or video previews, translate, display, distribute, and make your content available as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and the features you use. This includes showing public content on profiles, feeds, post pages, comments, notifications, share previews, the comment widget, and through backups, hosting, and CDN delivery. We may allow other users to view and share public content using BOLMOL features. We may sublicense these limited rights to providers that operate those functions. This license does not transfer ownership to BOLMOL. The license for public display ends when the content is removed from the service, except for copies retained for backups, legal compliance, dispute handling, or security and moderation purposes, and copies already made by other users or third parties.
4. Store-owner and seller responsibilities
A store owner is responsible for the store and every product, image, claim, price, availability value, link, feed, and contact detail submitted for it. You must control the verified website and XML feed, keep information accurate, promptly remove unavailable or unlawful items from the feed, and hold all rights needed to display product names, images, descriptions, and marks. Domain, email, and phone verification confirms control of those contact points; it is not an endorsement, identity guarantee, safety certification, seller-license check, or confirmation that any product is authentic.
For any branded product, BOLMOL requires the seller to have current written authorization from the brand owner or an authorized distributor to offer that product through a BOLMOL store, and to provide proof when requested. Counterfeit, replica, imitation, diverted, stolen, or misleadingly branded goods are not allowed, even if described as replicas or disclosed as copies.
5. Products and activity that are not allowed
You may not list, promote, link to, import, or sell through a BOLMOL store:
- Medicines, drugs, medical devices, diagnostic or treatment products, clinical equipment, or other products marketed to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or mitigate a disease or medical condition.
- Adult or sexually explicit products, pornography, sexual services, or content intended primarily for adult sexual use.
- Counterfeit, replica, knockoff, unauthorized branded, stolen, or unlawfully diverted goods, or goods that infringe another party's intellectual-property rights.
- Illegal, unsafe, recalled, deceptive, or restricted goods, including products the seller cannot lawfully offer in the intended destination.
These restrictions apply even if an item is lawful in one country. BOLMOL may apply stricter platform rules than the minimum local law. You must also obey applicable product-safety, advertising, consumer, privacy, export, sanctions, and intellectual-property laws.
6. XML feeds and product updates
By saving a feed URL, you authorize BOLMOL to fetch and process that feed and its product images to operate the catalog. Feed items and images must match the verified store website and be authorized for use. BOLMOL may import, normalize, categorize, resize, shorten, scan, hide, or remove feed content. Importing is asynchronous; prices, stock, links, and images may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Buyers should confirm current details with the seller before purchasing. Repeated feed errors or product-link failures may delay, hide, or remove affected listings under BOLMOL's operating rules.
7. Prohibited user content and misuse
These rules apply to text, posts, comments, replies, shared links, images, videos, captions, profile material, store listings, feeds, and content submitted through the comment widget. Do not use BOLMOL for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats, doxxing, hate, child sexual abuse material, pornography, malware, phishing, spam, scraping that harms the service, account compromise, or attempts to evade safeguards. Do not upload or share content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or content depicting a person where you lack required consent. The comment widget may not be used on sites whose primary purpose is adult content, illegal goods, piracy, hacking, counterfeit sales, malware, or other prohibited activity.
8. Moderation and enforcement
BOLMOL may review public content and reports, request evidence, restrict visibility, disable sharing or embedding, remove posts, comments, replies, images, videos, or products, block links or sites, pause XML imports, suspend store privileges, or suspend or close accounts when we reasonably believe this is needed to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, address legal or safety concerns, or comply with a valid request. We may act without advance notice when urgency, safety, abuse, or law requires it. Where appropriate, we may give a reason and a way to request review. Removing content from BOLMOL cannot guarantee removal of copies previously saved or republished elsewhere. Nothing in this section removes a complaint, appeal, or notice right required by applicable law.
9. External sellers and links
Store owners and external merchants are independent. BOLMOL is not a party to a sale and does not own, inspect, authenticate, sell, pack, ship, deliver, or accept returns for a listed product. The seller is solely responsible for the product, its originality and legal authorization, accurate listing information, order acceptance, payment, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, warranties, exchanges, refunds, and returns. BOLMOL does not guarantee that a store will deliver, that a product is original or genuine, or that a listing is accurate, safe, available, or lawful. A verified store is not a BOLMOL endorsement. Before any purchase, read the seller's terms of sale and exchange, shipping and return/refund policies; review the store profile and any available community feedback; and confirm the seller, product authenticity, final price, stock, delivery terms, and destination directly on the seller's website. Contact the seller about an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow BOLMOL to exclude.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
The service and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free feeds, uninterrupted storage, or that user-submitted information is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOLMOL disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. These exclusions do not apply where the law does not permit them, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will reimburse and protect BOLMOL and its service providers against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, store, products, feed, external sales, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify BOLMOL for its own liability where applicable law prohibits that result.
12. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using BOLMOL and use available account settings to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for the reasons in these Terms. Deletion may remove content from public view, but restricted copies may remain for backups, security, moderation, or legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including rights, licenses, indemnity, disclaimers, and dispute rules, survive to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes and disputes
We may change these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the updated text and effective date; where law requires specific notice or renewed consent, we will provide it. Disputes are governed by the law and handled by a court or process with jurisdiction over the relevant party, subject to mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights in your location.
